Friends of the Salem Library Recruitment Announcement

The Friends of the Salem Public Library has several openings on its Board of Directors. Established in 1965 to support our Public Library, today we are looking toward the future, and our next 50 years of support for the Library by adding new people, investing in new ideas, new energy, and becoming more diverse.

If you love the Library and books you could be a perfect fit.

Our board actively works to raise money to support Library programs and collections. To do so we operate the Friends Bookstore, we hold periodic large book sales, and we sell on-line (through ABE Books).
